Maxime Dufour-Lapointe
Retired Olympian / Speaker

Maxime Dufour-Lapointe, the eldest of the Dufour-Lapointe sisters, was the first to take up freestyle skiing and pave the way for her younger sisters, Chloé and Justine. After seeing Chloé compete at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, Maxime was inspired to become an Olympian herself. She quickly achieved this dream, competing alongside her sisters at the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Their participation as a trio made history and earned them the affection of Canadian sports fans. After a tremendous career, Maxime retired from the sport in 2018 to pursue another passion: medicine.
